🚌 Pickup Service: Is unavailable, I am going to Mansfield on Saturday 26/9/2024 and staying there the night. Their are free camping options around the area available, namely Carters Mill Campground near Sawmill Settlement on the main road to Stirling and Buller.

This 20-22km trek takes you across the majestic slopes of Mount Stirling, winding through snow gum forests, alpine meadows, and rugged mountain trails. While not overly challenging, it’s a full-day adventure perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in nature and enjoy the breathtaking views that unfold along the way.
At the summit, you'll reach the iconic Craig’s Hut, a historic and picturesque spot made famous by the Man from Snowy River film. Here, you'll be treated to panoramic views of the surrounding ranges, making the effort to get there truly worthwhile. This hike is ideal for those who enjoy long days in the outdoors, with plenty of opportunity to take in the best of Victoria’s high-altitude wilderness.
